Story of Krishna Ji taking the weapons

In Mahabharatha Battle Bhishma fought with his full force against Pandavas, even Arjuna Couldn't Stop his Attacks. Krishna on the other hand trying to to encourage Arjuna, that you can defeat Bhishma. But Arjuna had lost all hope. So now Lord Krishna tells Arjuna, O' Partha see this old man is destroying our army and because of your affection with Bhishma, you are not using your full strength against this man.
Even after several instrigating comments and motivation, Krishna could not encourage Arjuna to fight with Bhishma with full might.
Krishna says ," Arjun Now you have two choices, either you have to kill Bhishma or I will break my vow and use my Chakra against Bhishma,".
Arjun being extremely sad gives no response.
So finally Lord Krishna takes the responsibility of defeating Bhishma.
Krishna gets down from the chariot and picks up weapons to destroy Bhishma .Everyone on the battleground is frightened seeing The LORD taking to weapons and breaking his vow.
Arjun came running after Krishna and gets down on his knees pleading him not to kill Bhishma . Arjun now promises that he will fight with complete strength and will definitely kill Bhishma .
This short story illustrates the role of a leader. There are situations in life when the team in not performing upto the mark. At that point of time, It is the responsibility of the leader to get down on the ground level and do whatsoever possible so that team again finds faith and confidence .
A leader being the owner of his team accepts underperformance. He takes the responsibility of reinstalling faith among his teammates.
This Incidence urges a leader to inculcate the most important value - OWNERSHIP.
